The 7th DENTA Head & Neck Ultrasound Course x Aalborg University Hospital

A two-day intermediate-level course endorsed by the European Federation of Societies for Ultrasound in Medicine and Biology (EFSUMB) including lectures, demonstrations and supervised hands-on training on models and patients.

At the end of the course, participants will:

Know the principles of ultrasound and how to apply ultrasound in clinical use
Know about functionalities of the ultrasound machines and how to optimise ultrasound pictures
Be able to utilise ultrasound to assess pathology of the Head and Neck
Be able to perform fine needle aspiration
Know about ultrasound guided radiofrequency therapies
