The Otology Symposium 2023
1st – 2nd of June 2023
Comwell Hotel Roskilde, Denmark
Dear Colleagues and friends,
The Danish ENT Academy would like to invite you to the first Otology Symposium 2023. The event is scheduled to be held at Comwell Hotel on the 1st and 2nd of June 2023 in the old viking city of Roskilde in Denmark – a historic town founded by the old King Harald Bluetooth serving as the capital of Denmark until the 15th century.
We are preparing an exciting scientific program, translating new basic knowledge to clinical practice focusing on new diagnostic and therapeutic tools.
We will provide fruitful and productive discussion for all otologists.
The strategic location of Roskilde has given it a long history as the hub of the Viking land and sea trade routes throughout the last thousand years, being one of Denmark’s oldest cities. The area combines history with architechture – especially the old town centre of Roskilde and the Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The opportunity to enjoy Danish hospitality, culture and cuisine will be a unique experience.
We look forward to welcoming you to Roskilde!
Junior Doctor Poster Presentations
We would like to invite all junior doctors to submit a research or case presentation poster for display at the Danish Otology Symposium
We will be selecting 10 posters for presentation for display, review and discussion during the symposium. The posters will be judged and the best 2 will be formally presented in the final session of the symposium. The best poster will receive the Otology Symposium Poster Presentation Medal and 2000 Danish kroner. Posters are to be submitted by e-mail to otology@entdenmark.com.
The deadline for poster presentation is the 30th of April 2023.
Successful submissions will be notified on the 9th of May.
We look forward to this contribution to the symposium from our up and coming colleagues.
